The Omni Hotel in Richmond, Virginia welcomed us for a week long conference on The Power of Customer Service. Our keynote presenter, Robert G. Pedersen II (CEO and Co-founder) knocked it out of the park with his moving tale of personal tribulation and triumph. What made it extra moving was how he brought his father up on stage to contribute his life experiences and how they related to service.
