ULI (Urban Land Institute) is one of the oldest and best established associations around. When attendance suddenly tripled the other day, we were ready. It took place on an unfinished floor in a Buckhead high-rise. The space couldn't have been more appropriate for their topic of discussion: "Meet the FDIC: Acquisition of Failed Real Estate Assets”, exploring how Atlantans can engage in the process of buying failed properties.

AJC & Mundo Hispanico at The History Center

We have a long standing relationship with our friends at the AJC, and we can't thank them enough for all their business and support over the years. The History Center is always a fascinating venue, and the premiere of the Mundo Hispanico - "Through the Lens" exhibit made it even more so. The contributions of Hispanics to Atlanta and Georgia have been many, and it's wonderful that they are being celebrated.

Makita Power Tools 2009 Conference

Held at the Omni Hotel @ CNN Center, this event was executed flawlessly by our technicians. The rigging included 47 lighting instruments, three 12,000 lumen projectors, one 41'x18' banner, four 31'x18' banners, and nine 47"x92" banners. Screen sizes were 15x20' and two 9x12'. Many thanks to our technicians and especially our project manager, Kevin Wilson for a fantastic display!

The Keynote speaker was Jim Balsillie, Co-CEO of Research In Motion (RIM), maker of the world renowned wireless solution. At RIM, Jim is responsible for driving corporate strategy, business development, marketing, sales, and finance.

Atlanta Pro AV provided a "turn-key production" for The Technology Association of Georgia's 2009 Excalibur Awards. Our services go far beyond that of a typical audio-visual company. In this case, we started by having one of our graphic designers create the logo that was used in all of the print and web based promotional materials. Then our attention turned to the production of over 30 videos for the nominees and the creation of several 3d flying graphics used throughout the event. From that point, we then focused on the live production- (2) 12ft rear projection screens, IMAG, seemless video switching, web streaming, decor, and the many other elements of the production. Atlanta Mayoral Debate 2009

On October 27th, The W hotel's, Whiskey Park, held a televised (CBS) mayoral debate for all 7 candidates for Atlanta's new mayor. Atlanta Pro AV was happy to supply the audio for the lively conversation. We have high quality press boxes for news cameras to patch into, providing clear crisp sound. Count on us to provide the blue drape and flags as well! We wish all of the candidates good luck.
